An initial discussion (without charge) is offered, at which point we will describe our services more fully.

A fee of £995 is payable but we reserve the right to charge more should your application be more complex. The fee will be confirmed prior to proceeding with the application.

Equity released from your home will be secured against it, it could be repossessed if you do not keep up the mortgage repayments.
